I was doubling 1150 because in your 80/10/10 book I thought it said to double that if you are highly active, which I would consider myself... I probably misunderstood that.
I do work about 28 hours per week, on my feet the whole time (retail).
My workouts range from 30 minutes to 60 minutes of cardio. On the shorter cardio days I do about 45 minutes of weight training (that ends up being 2-3 times per week). The cardio is HIIT and kickboxing. I also do some yoga and take a ballet class every week.
I think that 400-500 calories burned during workouts is correct... So should I just add about 450 to 1150 for a total of 1600 cals? I just really don't want to gain any more weight!!
Thank you SO MUCH for your response, this is already really helpful for me.
