Welcome, Lila, I'm not sure why you chose to double the 1150 number. What do you do for work, or if you don't work, how do you fill your day when not physically active? I can't assess exactly how many calories you are using in fitness activities, but if I had to guess from what info you provided, I'd imagine 400-500 calories per day would be closer to accurate than 1150. There are a variety of websites that can help you estimate your exercise calories. One factor you didn't include was how many minutes of exercise you average per day. That is an essential in trying to figure calories used. "Intense" doesn't really cut it, either, being a relative term. Intense for you might be impossible for someone else, or might be very light, if you see what I mean. Can you give actual numbers? That would help a lot.
