Subject:         New to 811, having trouble figuring how many calories for weight loss

I'm on my 7th day of 811 and so far I am loving it. I'm female, 5'4" and currently 150 lbs. My goal weight is 115. So in determining my calories, I multiply by 10 to get 1150, and then double that since I exercise 6 days per week (mostly high intensity cardio with weight training 2-3 days per week). That would put me at 2300 cals per day. That is more than I've ever eaten in my life and I want to make sure that since I'm trying to LOSE weight that I should actually be eating that much? So far these 7 days I've eaten between 1500-2000 cals per day and feel pretty good energy-wise, a little more tired than normal. I've lost maybe 1 pound.

Any help on determining how many cals I should eat per day would be really helpful. Right now I'm eating a lot of bananas and dates with other fruits mixed in and salads for dinner. My fat and protein has been under 10% every day.
