Even being quite sedentary, you are likely using 1600 to 1800 calories daily, as digestion of the foods you are eating likely requires 300 calories or more, and basic self-care requires another 100 or so per day. Your BMR could easily be 1400, and your digestive efficiency may be way down due to the damage recently created.
