Is there any danger in iron supplementation? Is there any kind of supplement that is more easily absorbed than others? As an aside, I was under the impression that natural hygiene was about the body self regulating/healing without additive tinkering, or am I mistaken? Back to iron, I would like to believe that I can increase my levels through food intake - like parsley and other greens, but maybe that is not enough to make a difference on the short term?
