Since there is no cure but allowing the body to cure it, I would hope that this also stops the spread of the virus to others once the infected person has been cured. Or is it a virus that just lays dormant in the body for the life of the host but might not ever show symptoms?

What is the best way to "cure" the disease? Would a healthy lifestyle be enough or a rest / fast is necessary?
