Thank you for your responses! I sure hope that is true somehow. With my height, weight, and sedentary activity level (I sit or lay down in the same room all day) I can't imagine burning more than 1200 calories per day. eating 4000 which puts me at just under a pound of weight gain per day, but that's not what I've been seeing. Apparently there's digestion/absorption/assimilation issues... My weight goes up when I don't eliminate much which has been getting worse the longer I sit. I used to have a lot of stress and drank a lot of coffee and would gain weight easily and always feel hungry. With no stress, I never feel hungry because I'm always overconsuming calories and the weight hasn't been coming on. Most of the weight gain was in the past 2-3 weeks so I'm not sure what happened before that. I hope more than anything my weight continues to go up and that I can get out. If I get out I'll never ever let something this crazy happen again. I will keep you all updated on my progress. I regret so much ever stopping what worked. I was 811rv for about 16 months and was doing better than ever in my life so it really makes me depressed that I gave it up and am here now so unsure of how to get well.
