Thanks Jack, many years ago I tried fruitarianism living in a big
polluted city and my hair started to fall out and my teeth were weak.
The greens are so important for me that I'd have to include them in
the title. Just saying I eat fruits and vegetables sounds good,
especially when the nuts and seeds make up such a tiny amount of
the diet. Or fruit & greensian? ha ha
