how can i do strength training exercise in here when I am not allowed? I get yelled at for standing (because it "burns too many calories". i am very weak and have no equipment. is there a way to do something that takes less than 5 minutes and I can do with practically no current muscle strength or fitness?
I have been drinking all the ensure they give me (almost 4000 calories worth which there is no way I burn off.) if i dont drink it they force me to by putting it in an NG tube :( so I just do it. You are not allowed to eat more than they give you. I was already tested many times for things like hyperthyroidism which would cause me to be burning more calories but I dont have that.
My body hasn't been gaining the weight so I'm wondering what they causes could be.
