My professor in exercise physiology today said something about the body only being able to take in 60 grams of carbs per hour for glycogen/glucose replenishment and that any extra would be store as fat. This contradicts what I understand from 80/10/10, since 2 bananas would be that 60 grams, but we regularly eat 10+ bananas in a meal, in less than an hour and I feel great and energetic from that....am I missing something or is he just wrong?
