i was on 80-10-10 for a yr, went on vacation, had spaghetti and meatballs and a few days later fried rice and my pancreas and liver were sore for days afterward. i thought i was in the beginning stages of pancreatic cancer but the pain stopped after about 2 wks of going back to 80-10-10.

once the body cleans up it doesn't have the tolerance for rancid fats and excessive oils like is used to.

i like to use pecans and if i used oil it would prob. be flax or olive.
