Dr. Graham, in your amazing book I basically gleaned: fats once a day - not every day - and slightly less than a tablespoon when we do have them.

Are there any nuts or seeds that you believe far outweigh the others in terms of advancing our health?

And, though I notice you are not a proponent of oils, if someone had to rely on their tablespoon of daily fat from oils as opposed to whole nuts or seeds, is there an oil (or type of oil) that you might tend to recommend over others?
