| Subject: | Blurred vision & brain fog |

I have had blurred vision, of fluctuating severity; poor working memory and brain fog for 4.5-years. I have been on a raw vegan diet for almost 6-years following a cancer diagnosis - which I reversed with the new diet (cooked, junk vegan before). I am male and in my 30s.
At the time the problem (blurry vision, brain fog) first arose I was eating a massive amount of nuts with dates. I have been transitioning to 80/10/10 for just over 2-years. However, despite being on the 811RV diet, including several months at a time without cheating, my visual and mental acuities have not improved.
I ride a bicycle and lift weights several times per week but I do not get as much fresh air and sunshine as I should. I spend most of my time in a low-lit room in front of a computer screen (as I did for years prior to this problem). However, my vision often worsens following a fruit meal (even if no overts have been consumed in months) and I am sure the high-fruit diet is a significant contributory factor.
I am not saying the diet is to blame because there could be a pre-existing condition that is aggravated by it. I know health & nutrition is not always straight forward!
Please help me because this condition is severely limiting my life and often leaves me mentally torpid and unable to do anything pro-actively. It also often prompts me to have suicidal thoughts.
Thanks.
