I recall you saying that the odd gourmet raw meal can be balanced
with less overt fat periods, yet perhaps eating a gourmet raw meal in
a restaurant is not simply a matter of consuming a high fat meal, but
rather, the consumption of a host of added toxins such as salt,
vinegar and stimulants as you suggest. Would it be wise to avoid
gourmet raw all together?
