I can't tell you for certain that the mucous and other symptoms you experienced automatically indicate digestive leukocytosis. I also can't tell you for certain that there were no cooked foods in the meal you ate, as many of the gourmet raw concoctions that I know of do indeed include cooked items such as shoyu, Bragg's, cacao, etc. To my knowledge, no studies have been done to research your question, but in theory the answer is "yes," as leukocytic activity is spawned by compromised digestion of protein, which certainly occurs with poor food combining of nuts and seeds.
