Subject:         Good Way to calculate calories burned at work?

I work in a cafe cooking, so for about 6 hours a day, I dont sit down and am either standing and chopping or running around and lifting things up. My pace goes up and down a lot throughout the day. I am really trying to set my "calories in calories out" number right, as I just got my body fat measured (skin fold test) and it was super high! I want to drop at least 14%, so I want to have a more precise number than I am using now.
