Mike here is some tricks I use which you may like to try. A electric toothbrush with PerioPaste™ Toothpaste or AO III Herbal Toothpaste (which is even better) and the waterpik. The waterpik is a water flosser.

You can find the AO III Herbal Toothpaste. They recommand to use it with the H30. I personally don't use the H3O because I feel it's too strong on my teeth.
