Hello Dr Graham, for most of my 811rv years, I've had a heavy focus on bananas; mostly because I struggled to eat greens without fatty dressings. I would blend bananas with my greens. I also ate a lot of dates in the very beginning. About a year and a half ago I ceased my excessive consumption of dates and felt better for doing so. Over the past month I have been making low fat RV salad dressings and have enjoyed eating greens this way. Subsequently, I have consumed juicy fruits instead of bananas. I've been drinking a great deal of fresh orange juice and eating oranges. I have also been enjoying plump grapes and cantaloupes. I have felt wonderful eating this way. I have lost some body fat without reducing calories or doing more exercise and I feel more energetic and radiant. I wonder if this is due to decreased energy required for digestion with juicy fruits? Have you or your clients and friends experienced better results with a focus on juicy fruits and greens rather than dates / bananas and greens? Thank you always, Bronwyn
