Hi Dr Doug, First off I would like to thank you for being such an incredible source of knowledge and wisdom. I love my 811! I have 2 questions please: 1. I am iron deficient/anemic. I saw in your earlier post that you recommend supplementing rather than using iron-rich foods like spinach etc (which I could not eat enough of anyway to supply the iron that I need). I like to train and yes, I have already been iron deficient before 811. Would you recommend me to supplement, rather than keep going on with my iron deficiency and keep holding onto the "no supplement is natural = best" philosophy? 2. I eat 2 meals a day, however on some days I cannot eat enough during these 2 meals. Would you recommend incorporating another meal on those days? Thank you for all your contribution!
