Subject:	Is Corn A Sweet Fruit?

Corn is technically a fruit, and doesn't combine well with almost everything like greens/celery do.

I find it particularly doesn't combine well with acid fruits, and causes gas.

Would you consider it a sweet fruit? This would jive with my observation that it doesn't combine well with acid fruits.

It's also odd, because after being picked it quickly goes from sugar to starch.

Any suggestions for combining it with other fruits/veggies?
