I have seen you recommend no water, and now you're recommending drinking so much water that you're urinating once every 90 minutes during waking hours.

Please cite references as to the validity of this statement, as I have seen quite a number of studies to suggest excess urination and water consumption decreases thyroid function, lowers metabolism, lowers body temperature, resulting in elevated stress hormones (estrogen, serotonin, prolactin, cortisol, and adrenaline).

The last thing we want to do is be urinating that much, and urinating clear.
