Hello Dr D!

I have a question about Iron!
I use Chronometer almost daily to check what I eat!
I live in the northern hemisphere and I am always tiered and
have been for a long time so I am kind of used to be low on
energy :-(
A friend of mine asked if I have checked my iron levels and
that it might be that I´m tiered because of that!
Another friend without knowing about the other friend when
looking at my chronometer commented on that I only hit around
70% of my iron intake/day!
I´m a woman in my 30´s!
when I check iron deficiency symptoms I match the description
but it might as well be something else!
I have a thing with going to the doctor so I figured because
of chronometers facts just eat more iron rich foods and see
what happens over a period of time!
Whats your aspect about this and how would you recommend me to
eat! What food to chose! I only know of spinach but then they
contain oxalic acid!
I have been a raw vegan for 2,5 years and 811 for about 6
months and before that a unhealthy vegetarian almost all my
life!
