I'm in a situation right now where most of my showers take place at the gym when I work out or use the steam room/sauna. I don't take super long showers except when I rinse/comb out my hair (which takes a while). I used to be really careful about trying to avoid chlorine, even bringing one of those travel shower filters to hotels when I traveled. But this isn't possible in the gym. The question is, I know this isn't optimal—but how detrimental is this to get some chlorine from the hot shower? Would it be OK if they were only very infrequent and short, not regular? Thanks!
