| Subject: | Why do some fruits taste so #%@$ good? |

Dear Doug, and anyone who'd like to contribute,
This week I've had some of the most incredible fruits I've
ever had, in winter, some imported, some not. This makes me
ponder that perhaps our diet can go another level if we can
afford and obtain such great foods on a daily basis or even a
meal to meal basis. Makes sense?
And back to the question in the title..What is about some of
these fruits that can make one want them far beyond what one
would normally eat?
I doubt it's just about rarity, because some fruits i could
just eat and eat and eat and hardly get tired of.
I doubt it's just the soil, because it's usually more about
the type of fruit, they might even grow on the same soil etc.
It's obviously not the sugar or any other common ingredient..
Well, I don't expect you to provide a full analysis of my
favorite fruits, but if you understand my question, any
insight and general idea would be great to learn. Thanks!
