sofar it has done me lotsa good and i really intruly strongly like every thing about it as just feels like 'the real me' so to say and it is a ''''fact'''' that it is our 'species specific diet' so it perplexes me greatly why then when some go on it and do it to a 't' 'by the book' it does not work for them and they are deficient??? : / maybe reason is because of deficient soils fruits and veggies are coming from???
