Thanks Doug :)

One thing I have learned to to question all
information, put it into practice and see what is
fruitful ;)

Have you ever ran into a situation working with
someone who was not able to correct themselves on the
811, and they had to continue with cooked foods? I had
these symptoms for well over a year which inclided
doing the raw vegan wrong with high fat and protein,
but it didn't improve in the least with approximately
a 1/2 year of the 811. As soon as I started eating
cooked foods it improved.

My concern is that others might run into the same
suffering I had while continuing along with the diet
and changing absolutely everything else in their lives
believing that the diet is perfect and couldn't be
related to the problem. Can I really be the only one
who tried this and couldn't pull it off? Or are there
others out there that tried it, it didn't work, and
have given up trying? So much of it makes sense, but
it clearly isn't co-operating with me at this moment
despite my eagarness to apply it.
