Hello Doug, I have read your book, posted here on the forum trying to get help for about a 1/2 year to a year, also spoke with a diet professional who is informed with the 80/10/10, and still didn't get any results, about a half a year later I am still unable to do the diet. The latest here is that my traditional chinese Doctor is treating me for stomach and spleen qi deficiency which they say, and I have read is related to eating too much raw fruits and veggies. The funny thing is that I definitely feel better when I eat cooked food, if I eat raw I get crazy symptoms of indigestion, tightness in the throat and more.
