Subject:         The importance of the circadian rhythm?
Date: February 20, 2013 at 1:37 pm PST

Hello Board :)

I was wondeing if any of you have any experience with how the
circadian rhythm and more importantly being asleep between
10pm and 6 am affect health and digestion and more?

I would love to do the raw vegan but I can't tolerate that
diet. I did it for over 2 years and had nothing but trouble
with digestion. I am being told by my Traditional Chinese
Doctor warm foods due to the cold climate I live in. I am
wondering if perhaps sleeping in line with the circadian
rhythms might be the missing link to get my body humming good
enough to go back to the raw vegan. Thanks in advance :)
