Hello,

I have been following 811rv diet for about 5 months now. I did loose a bit of wieght at first but not much. I seem to fluctuate up and down a good 10 pounds. It is so frusterating. I do not eat salt, but do notice I swell quite often (not sure why?). Could this be water weight? If so why? I am not a large person but do have some weight, and more so fat, to loose. I am about 115lbs now and am 5ft 4in. I have a lot of access body fat probably due to the high fat rv diet I was on for years before the 811rv. I am very discouraged. I do workout 5-6 days per week, a moderate workout. I am eating very little to no overt fats most months. I eat 1200-1800 cal. per day just depending on my hunger. Any ideas or helpful hints on why I am not loosing wieght or if I do gain it back right away? or any ideas about swelling/water retenion? (legs swell, hands and even face sometimes). Could dehyration have anything to do with it? I do feel I drink a lot of water and eat only 811rv, but do live in a desert (Phoenix, AZ) and it is super dry here.

Thanks so much for any help you can give,

Kmk
