here is more info in case needed: I am 32 years old, I work out about 5 days per week (crossfit), (5'7", 128lbs) i take no meds and allow my body to self-heal, I have had a history of acne and a tender abdomen that would get very bloated at times about 10 years ago, and I feel I still have some deep healing to do, hence the bleeding. I am externally the picture of health, yet the bleeding lets me know that I need to look deeper still.
