I have no appetite for about 3-4 days now. The only thing that sounds remotely appealing is oranges, which I have consumed when I felt hungry but no where near enough calories. My energy is fine and I am still doing my normal workouts...why no appetite? Is it okay to just wait for it to return and just eat according to hunger until then? Or am I depressing my metabolism by undereating on cals...should I just force the fruit and veg down? Thanks Reply To This Post Return to Posts Index VegSource Home
