Dear doctor, I am Carine, 48j old en have all my life constipation and gut problems. My mother died from colon cancer.Since one year i know i have leaky gut.And since i have a lot of food problems.I really don't know what to eat sometimes.I truly believe in raw food and that it's the healhiest food on earth, but i don't manage to survive on it. I tried it 3 times in the past and it always turn out with anemia, just like now. I have shortages.I am not enough feeded.I agree my diet is not ok, because of too much nuts = fat.
I did the 7 day cleanse with Fred & Victoria (green smoothies) but wasn't OK. I usualy have a (green) smoothie for breakfast, so that's ok. But to have the next for lunchtime, the troubles starts. Bad smelling wind en really hot wind that hurts.Do you recognize this? I have also a lot of pain on the left side of my belly, and since one week on the liver too. I had already an allergie test and i eat only what i'm allowed to eat and i am not getting better. So i wonder what is the best to do? eat steamed (cooked,...) vegetables or go raw? Cooked veggies are good for the gut, but i don't feel great after, no energy. With the green smoothies i had too much energy, i couldn't sleep, i was in overdive. This is my story in a nutshell. I am convinced a longterm waterfasting would be great to solve all my gut problems and all the pain i have (maybe after i will not need all the pills to manage the pain) , unfortunately i live in Belgium, Europe. Can you recommend me what's the best to do or can you give an address of a center like yours with the same high standards, but in Europe? In the other case, maybe a Skype with you could do wonders? I would be very grateful if you could give a small answer. Many thanks, Carine
