I will try and find this hyper-reactive explanation of
starch and fruit sugars in your book. I've never come
across you mentioning this before.
I would love to be 100%, but am not quite in a
position to do so at the moment, but I would like to
cut out complex starches in the mean time.
Do you know how reactive steam vegetables and sweet
root vegetables (such as swede etc) are to fruit
sugars-i.e.are they as bad as complex starches?
I am by no means dismissing 100% as optimal, but would
swapping complex starches for more fruit and steamed
veg be better?
