Hi Dr. Graham!
I am a wrestler that has been listening to some of your audio tapes which have informed me so helped me enormously. One aspect that really hit home is eating and drinking directly after excercise. In a recent wrestling tournament I experimented by bringing plenty of water, oranges, and celery which helped hugely. Now my question comes from when I had to dehydrate myself to make weight for a single match the next week. I tried my best to listen to how thirsty/ hungry I was and ended up drinking a plethora of water. This resulted in frequent bathroom breaks of clear urine and I still found myself aching for thirst by the second 2 minute period in the match. Is there a certain frequency that I should drink at when dehydrated so as to not have large amounts seemingly expelled as excess. Thanks in advance!
