wanted to know if anyone can assist me on what to do & eat to up my proteins while on the 80 10 10 diet??? I feel so weak when on the diet, I don’t know if it’s cause of lack of proteins or what. When done weighing the food I’m left with about 5% of proteins on my diet using cronometer/nutridiary, it’s usually never more than that. Maybe that’s what’s causing me to feel so weak and less energetic I don’t know or maybe it’s not the proteins. I would love input on it
