Hi Dr. Graham I've noticed that in certain raw circles coconut sugar is being touted as the next best thing to fruit-eating. They are saying that it's a good, natural addition for people who can't get enough fruit calories, or who can't get good fruit (like in winter). One leader claims that her physical performance went through the roof after she started adding up to 600 calories of coconut sugar to her diet, and she is encouraging others to add it regularly to their diets. Isn't sugar of any kind just sugar? Or are there exceptions? Your thoughts, please?
