If I were you, I'd be on 811, and let prednisone be a fallback plan. I've seen too many people heal from AF on 811 to not suggest trying it first. The sure cure for AF is a fast, supervised, because it will likely be long. But even if you are thinking of fasting, I'd recommend 6-9 months of 811 first.
