Hi Dr. Graham
Thank you so much for being here and answering our questions!

I live in the UK and most of the fruit here is rock hard and takes several
weeks to ripen at home! Goodness knows how long it has taken to be flown
over here and how long it sits in the supermarket.

I'm really concerned I might not be able to do 80 10 10 safely and
successfully with this quality of fruit.

What do you think?
