Hi,
I'm raw food vegan for 8 months now. I follow 80/10/10
program to control my grand mal seizures just with diet
so I gradually stopped taking my medications (tegretol)
and I feel great, better than ever but... My epilepsy
didn't stop yet... I had first seizure four months ago,
second just today... What should I do? I don't want to
switch back to medications again :( Any advice will be
appreciated!
