Is it possible to build larger muscle mass by just doing body weight exercises?
Or are the videos you see of people will big muscular built already people who used weights first then body weight as a maintenance?
I would like to start gaining muscle mass through proper eating and excersise/sleep.
Can one do push ups every day or do I need some break in between?
I am also looking at buying a rebounder and suggestions on what to look for or avoid?
I have noticed once being sold at walmart and then ones being sold for over $400 dollars online.
