Subject:	Angular Cheilitis

Dear Dr. Graham,
I'm struggling with angular cheilitis almost for a month and
it doesen't seem to go away, it only worsens.
It started at the left side of the mouth and now I have on the
right too (

I suffered from this in the past but it always solved in one
week.

I know that you don't suggest cure for symptoms but except
good nutrition, can you reccommend me something to do?

It is very painful and I start to think that it will cause
scars, I'm almost desperate.

I really need your kind advice.
