Subject:	Should I be concerned about calcium?

Even with 6 oranges a day I only hit 50% of my recommended
calcium intake, about 450mg. Should I be eating other
specific foods to up my intake?

Thanks for any feedback you can give, and I always appreciate
reading this forum and hearing your wisdom. Hope to bring my
SAD bf to Health and Fitness week someday :)
