If you are gaining on 811 and not wanting to, the answer is to eat more vegetables, especially at the start of, or during, at least two of your daily meals. Add in a head of lettuce per day more than you usually eat, for instance, or add in an extra four cucumbers per day. Another option is to shift away from eating bananas, and use fruits that are more water-rich, such as citrus, papaya, melons, and the like.
