if you are already of normal weight with a bmi of 18.5 and went on your fasting retreat for lenghty time period you have it at, then i would think you'd turn into a literal skeleton at the end of the fast not eating and drinking only water whole time...is this true??? why or why not??? and if you were feeling good and pretty healthy and did the fast then would it have negative dire consequences and/or would you feel any better/differently afterwards or would it just be a total waste of time and money for a good feeling pretty healthy but not perfect person to do?
