Hello dear Dr. Graham,
After watching Karen Ranzi's interview on the FoodnSport's
YouTube channel I decided to buy her book.
I find her approach to children's health so natural and
logical, especially because in line with 811 guidelines.

I'm here to ask your opinion about her book "Creating Healthy
Children" and if, in general, do you recommend it and what do
you think about the informations it contains.
