Will the 80/10/10 RV diet cure indigestion?
I ended up in hospital with my doctor thinking it was heart
related, but blood test show all clear.
Went on water for a day felt much better.
Then on raw vegetable juices for 3 days feel digestion
struggling.
I don't eat dairy, grains, coffee or processed food.
I had a mangoes & lychees tonight & felt better.
Any guidance welcome.
