I've worked with hundreds of people in similar situations. Some find 811 really helps, but others with more intense CFS find that 811 doesn't get them the progress they desire. Dozens of those people have fasted with me over the decades.
In EVERY case, after a relatively extended supervised fast, they have completely recovered from the CFS, and put it completely behind them. I cannot comment on your specific situation, as I don't have enough information about you, but my guess is that you are likely facing a supervised fast in order to fully recover.
