Hi Dr. Graham,
I would be so unbelievably grateful if you were able to reply to me.

Im 25 and have had severe adrenal fatigue and CFS for 6 years.My days
are mostly spent sleeping. I was put on cortisone which actually made
things even worse. Doctors have given up on me.
I have been 811 for 4 months but the fruit is making me even more tired.
I desperately want to make 811 work as I feel like its my last hope. My
doctor wants me to eat only meats and vegetables but that diet has not
worked in the past.

I would so appreciate any advice you may have. Thank you so much!!!!
