2. I sleep very well and get more then enough. I'd say 9-13 hours a night. I also nap when I can.
3. I don't feel so. I have actually taken it down a little in the last three months. My cardio could maybe be a little more resistance based.
4. My goa is to be as strong as possible. I want to be lean, get my glutes sorted (they are lagging badly and I feel this is a real hint that I am lacking in muscle) I want to be able to do a chin up and numerous press ups.
I also really want to start sport training again. It is my dream to be an Olympian and I was on track during my rowing but struggled with bulimia which thankfully has gone completely now.
Sadly I live in London England and have hardly any money at the moment. I scrape by - mostly keeping my money for food, travel and rent. So although ive been ding to attend your fitness weeks, It's still a dream for me.. :(
