Thank you so so much for replying. Intensity wise... 60min running is at a 9 minute mile pace usually (steady pace for me) Longer runs (90mins or more) are a bit slower Then once a week I run intervals so I get some high intensity work into my training. Swimming is 2.5km in an hour, so again just a steady pace I guess. Does this help at all? Again thank you so much for replying, I greatly appreciate your advice (and on my bowels too!) Thank you.
